this seems to be a dilemma — scaling trust without government, a fully open platform without attacks, or reaching consensus with thousands of people in seconds. actually, a TRILEMMA if you are counting without off-by-one.
but i saw the 10x social changes in the last decade. i studied cryptography which is indistinguishable from magic. builders around me now all share their code, their development, their dreams in public!
why do people isolate within one’s own island of governance? a walled garden of assets and collectibles? is it possible to embrace each other and build bridges, singing in harmony?
the oracle says otherwise; it looks like you are waiting for your next life to make things happen.

Decentralized Basic Income
We evaluate the mechanisms behind the decentralized finance protocols for generating stable, passive income. Currently, some savings interest rates can be as high as 20% annually, payable in traditional currency values such as US dollars. Therefore, one can benefit from the growth of the cryptocurrency markets, with minimal exposure to their volatility risks. We aim to explain the rationale behind these savings products in simple terms. The key here is that asset deposits in cryptocurrency ecosystems are of intrinsic economic value, as they facilitate network consensus mechanisms and automated marketplaces. Therefore, savings in cryptocurrency are associated with some unique advantages unavailable in traditional financial systems.
We will go through the implementations of how savings can be channeled into the staking deposits in Proof-of-Stake (PoS) protocols, through fixed-rate lending protocols, and staking derivative tokens. We will discuss potential pitfalls, assess how these protocols may behave in market cycles, as well as suggest areas for further research and development. We end by discussing the notion of decentralized basic income – analogous to universal basic income but guaranteed by financial products on blockchains instead of public policies.

Radical. Social. Change. Sixty-five years ago, when women in Oregon wanted to work overtime, and make more money, as men could, the Court looked to the precedent in Bradwell -- and said no. So then there were two precedents. Then three. Then four. And on. And on. And you can draw a direct line from Myra Bradwell to Gwendolyn Hoyt -- told ten years ago she was not entitled to a jury of her peers.
That is the legacy the Government asks you to uphold today. You are being urged to protect the culture and traditions and morality of an America that no longer exists. A generation ago, my students would have been arrested for indecency for wearing the clothes that they do.
Sixty-five years ago, it would have been unimaginable that my daughter would aspire to a career. And a hundred years ago, I would not have the right to stand before you.
There are a hundred and seventy-eight federal laws that differentiate on the basis of sex. Count them. The Government did the favor of compiling them for you. And while you’re at it, I urge you to read them. They're obstacles to our children’s aspirations.
Doyle: You're asking us to turn over nearly a century of precedent.
Ginsburg: I’m asking you to set a new precedent, as courts have done before when the law is outdated.
Judge: But in those cases the courts had a clear constitutional handle. The word "woman" does not appear even once in the U.S. Constitution.
